If an accepted payment is associated with a canceled order, the applicable amount will be released, reversed, or refunded according to the payment provider’s processing rules.

CozyCook provides free shipping on all products. Our standard estimated delivery window is 3–5 business days after processing and shipment. Delivery estimates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed arrival dates.

Carrier conditions, weather, destination access, address issues, holidays, security reviews, and events outside our reasonable control may affect delivery. You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and for ensuring that the destination can receive the shipment.

Risk of loss and title pass as permitted by applicable law and the carrier arrangement. Please review delivered packages promptly and report material delivery concerns as soon as reasonably possible.

Customers who successfully subscribe by email receive an automatic 15% sitewide discount. This benefit is not limited to a first order unless a specific campaign states otherwise. Selected promotional products may receive an automatic 20% discount when the applicable promotion is active.

Discounts may be subject to product eligibility, timing, checkout compatibility, quantity limits, or other clearly disclosed conditions. Unless expressly stated, promotions may not be combined, transferred, redeemed for cash, applied retroactively, or used after expiration.

CozyCook offers free returns and exchanges within 30 days for eligible products. The 30-day period begins on the confirmed delivery date unless a different period is stated for a specific product or promotion.

Returned products should be in a condition reasonably consistent with the applicable return requirements and should include the original components, manuals, accessories, and packaging when available. Products showing misuse, unauthorized modification, excessive wear, missing components, or damage unrelated to delivery may be ineligible.

Return and exchange requests must follow the instructions provided by our support team. Do not send a product to the business address without prior authorization, as unauthorized shipments may not be processed correctly.
