The essentials before you begin.
Review the timing, condition, and authorization requirements before returning an air fryer, coffee maker, blender, mixer, toaster, kettle, or other CozyCook kitchen appliance.
Request support within 30 days.
The return or exchange request must be submitted within 30 calendar days after the carrier marks the order as delivered.
Keep the product complete.
Include the appliance, accessories, manuals, inserts, and original packaging whenever reasonably possible.
Wait for return instructions.
Do not send a product back without authorization. Unapproved returns may be delayed, refused, or sent back to the customer.
What qualifies for a return.
A product is generally eligible when the request is timely, the item is in acceptable condition, and all essential components are included. CozyCook may request photographs or additional information before approving the return.

Items that may not qualify.
Certain products or return conditions may be excluded for hygiene, safety, misuse, incomplete packaging, or final-sale reasons. Eligibility is assessed after the request details are reviewed.
Products with avoidable wear.
Items showing heavy use, food residue, unauthorized repair, modification, misuse, or damage caused after delivery may be ineligible.
Missing parts or accessories.
Returns missing key attachments, power components, trays, bowls, lids, manuals, or other included parts may be refused or receive an adjusted refund.
Clearly marked exclusions.
Products clearly identified as final sale, non-returnable, personalized, or otherwise excluded at the time of purchase are not eligible unless defective or incorrect.

Prepare the order details.
Have your order number, full name, checkout email, product name, delivery date, and reason for the return ready.
Submit the return request.
Explain whether you prefer a refund or exchange and provide clear photographs when the product is damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect.
Receive authorization.
CozyCook will review the request and provide the approved return instructions, shipping guidance, and any required return reference.
Pack and send the product.
Secure every component, use the approved instructions, and retain the shipment receipt or tracking information until the case is complete.
How approved refunds are completed.
Refund processing begins after the returned item is received and inspected. You will be notified when the return is approved, adjusted, or declined.
Original payment method.
Approved refunds are normally issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Refunds cannot usually be redirected to a different card or account.
Processing and bank timing.
CozyCook may need several business days to complete an approved refund. Your bank or card provider may require additional time before the credit appears.
Discounted purchases.
Refunds reflect the amount actually paid after automatic discounts, including the 15% email subscriber discount or eligible 20% promotional discount.
Report problems as soon as possible.
Inspect the package promptly after delivery. If an appliance arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or different from what you ordered, keep the product and packaging while the case is reviewed.
Take clear photographs.
Capture the product, packaging, shipping label, damaged area, and any missing or incorrect components.
Do not discard packaging.
Original packaging may be needed to confirm transit damage or arrange a replacement, return, or carrier review.
Stop using unsafe products.
Disconnect any appliance that appears electrically unsafe, overheated, cracked, leaking, or otherwise hazardous.
Choose the best resolution.
Depending on availability and the review outcome, the resolution may include replacement parts, exchange, replacement, or refund.

Can I exchange an eligible product instead of receiving a refund?
Yes. Eligible products may be exchanged within 30 days of delivery. Exchange availability depends on inventory and approval. When the preferred item is unavailable, CozyCook may offer a refund or another suitable resolution.
Are eligible returns and exchanges free?
CozyCook provides free returns and exchanges for eligible requests that follow the approved process. Shipping arranged independently or sent without authorization may not be reimbursed.
Can I return an appliance after testing it?
Light inspection may be acceptable, but products showing food residue, heavy use, preventable damage, missing parts, or reduced resale condition may be refused or receive an adjusted refund. Defective products are reviewed separately.
What happens if the return arrives damaged?
Customers are responsible for packing approved returns securely. Damage caused by insufficient return packaging may affect refund eligibility, so use protective materials and include all components in a stable shipping carton.
Can I cancel an order before it ships?
Cancellation requests should be submitted as quickly as possible. CozyCook cannot guarantee cancellation once processing or shipment has begun. If the order cannot be canceled, the standard return process may apply after delivery.
Why has my approved refund not appeared yet?
First confirm that the refund approval notice has been received. Then allow time for your bank or card provider to post the credit. If the expected processing period has passed, gather the order and refund details before requesting further review.
Can a gift recipient request a refund?
Refunds are normally returned to the original payment method. A gift recipient may request return guidance, but CozyCook may need verification from the purchaser before issuing a refund or approving certain account changes.
Does this policy limit consumer rights?
No. This policy is intended to operate alongside any non-waivable rights available under applicable consumer protection law. Where mandatory law provides greater protection, that law will apply.
